Elias was taken to a vet for euthanization as they were moving and could not take him. The vet contacted GPAH and he was surrendered. Elias is a difficult grumpy old man. He has landed in a foster home where his foster Dad understands him and discovered his medical needs that he has been treated for. Elias still has resource guarding issues. His permanent foster home places strict boundaries and limitations on his behavior so Elias is learning some manners. Elias will need this strict environment for the rest of his life.
