We
have set up a volunteer program with orientation and training on the
needs of the kennel.
We are asking for your help on a regular basis.
Just a commitment of a few hours a month. Of course besides
those few hours you are welcome at the kennel to help out at any
time. Can you give time to our Greys?
You can pick your own schedule, which day, time and how
often.
The
following is a sample but not exclusive of the tasks needed monthly.
Greyhounds:
Bathing, nail clipping, general grooming in addition to the monthly
bath brigade.
Exercise and walking on lead.
Transporting to local clinic for immunization. Giving monthly
frontline and heartworm treatments.
Facility:
Cleaning office and carpeted area, dusting merchandize area and
stocking items.
Laundry of dog bedding blankets and keeping storage closet
organized.
