We are available Monday thru Saturday or you may leave your order on voice mail at 713-667-3804. To help speed your ordering, please have your MasterCard or Visa number ready. FAX ORDERS Orders may be faxed to 713-667-9938. Please complete the order form and include your credit card information and your daytime phone number. If a transmission problem occurs, please mark the second fax as "Possible Duplicate Transmission Problem." SALES TAX We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on merchandise delivered to Texas. Please add the appropriate amount to the subtotal on the order form for all items excluding donations and/or memberships.
