Greyhound Adoption Application

Pet ownership is a serious responsibility.   Each person who adopts a greyhound should not only be aware of this responsibility, but must be capable and willing to accept this responsibility; morally, physically, and financially.

Due to our guidelines GPA Houston does not adopt outside the Houston Metropolitan area, however, we can provide listings of adoption groups in other areas of the state and country.

Please take a few minutes to complete this form before arriving at the kennel to select a Greyhound.  This will help expedite the application process.  Thank you.
