GREYHOUND ADOPTION APPLICATION

Pet ownership is a serious responsibility requiring a long-term commitment. Before submitting this Adoption Application of Greyhound Pets of America-Houston (GPAH), please know that greyhounds can live up to 10-14 years, are a fairly strong breed and require regular veterinary care to remain healthy and happy. You must be capable and willing to accept this responsibility: morally, physically and financially. Click here for a printable copy of this application.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AN APPLICATION CANNOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS IT IS COMPLETE AND A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE HAS BEEN PAID.
